What is your trading name?

Solatube New Zealand is trading under Hometech, a division of Just Life Group. Hometech is what will appear on the cardholder statement once you make a purchase through the Solatube website.

How long will it take for my order to get delivered?

We'll dispatch your order within three working days from when you've completed your order.

How much does delivery cost?

Almost all of our products come with free shipping. There are two major exceptions:

- We can't deliver to PO Box Number

- Because of the distance, rural deliveries, including, but not limited to, Waiheke, Kawau, Great Barrier and the Chatham Islands, will need to have an additional fee for shipping. Please do contact our friendly team on 0800 765 288 to request a quote.

Do you ship overseas?

No, all our products can only be purchased, shipped and installed within New Zealand.

How can I pay for my purchase online?

Solatube skylights cannot be purchased online - your Certified Installation Consultant will advise you on your payment options.

Accessories can be purchased securely online using your credit or debit card. Solatube uses secure payment facilities through Windcave (previously Payment Express). Rest assured that Hometech will not record or store your credit card number. We don't even see it.

Once your payment goes through, our team at the Hometech office will send you an email to confirm the order, then we'll get right on to sending your products out.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. If you need to cancel your order, please get in contact with the support team by email or phone as soon as possible, prior to shipment, so you don't have to worry about paying to send the product back.

What if I'm unhappy and want to return my order?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, as long as the products have not been used and the packaging is in good order, you can return them within ten working days of receiving the goods (excluding postage and handling). If you have received a faulty product, you can return your purchase for a replacement or a full refund. Please contact our friendly team on 0800 765 288 to return your product to us for testing. There is one thing we will ask, please choose carefully and do check the sizing before ordering.

Hometech does not and will never sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

It is the policy of Hometech to send our members emails throughout the purchasing process and other Newsletter emails they elect to receive. Further, it is our policy to immediately remove any member from any mailing list upon the member’s request. In addition, Hometech will send out promotional material to its Newsletter subscribers promoting material related to Hometech.

Our site’s registration form requires you to provide us contact information and may also require demographic information. Your contact information may be used to contact you when necessary.

Credit card security

We work diligently to protect the security of your personal information, including credit card information. Your credit card details do not get processed or transmitted through or via Hometech web site; all transactions are processed through a secure payment service provider. Hometech uses Windcave to provide this service. Windcave hosts and manages the payment page. All transaction sessions are stored and processed in encrypted strings. Your credit card details are not held by Hometech and cannot be accessed by Hometech staff.

Membership removal

If you wish to have your registration removed from our directory for any reason, simply send us an email requesting to be removed.

Access and removal of information

You have the right to access, change and delete personal data that you provide Hometech as part of your subscription. You can exercise this right at any time by sending an email to info@solatube.co.nz When you request changes to your Hometech subscription, it can take up to five days for changes to take effect.
