Warranty Details
You do not need to register your warranty. Your purchase of a Solatube Daylight System comes with a warranty and goes into effect on the date of installation. If your Solatube product isn’t working as it should, please get in touch with us as soon as possible on 0800 765 288 or email at info@solatube.co.nz. We’ll get to work on sorting it out straight away.
What’s covered and what’s not?
If we determine that the product is defective, it will be repaired or replaced and returned within a reasonable time, defect-free. If we provide a replacement product, the warranty on the replacement will last only for the balance of the original product period.
Please note that all Solatube products must always be installed by a Solatube Certified Licensee.
